The Fan Zone will have multiple bar areas where you can enjoy food and drink throughout the day. Additionally, there will be spaces with shade where you can sit, rest, and enjoy the rojiblanco atmosphere with maximum comfort. Because a day like this is best enjoyed with energy.

Fast, easy, cashless payments. You’ll be able to pay by card using our cashless system, so you can focus on just one thing: enjoying the experience. Coming with cash? No problem — you can easily exchange it at our designated points, where it will be converted into digital credit to use throughout the Fan Zone.

INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS YOUR TICKET
Starting next Monday, April 13th, you will recieve an email from the Real Federación Española de Fútbol (RFEF) with instructions on how to download the RFEF app and access your ticket. This is what you should have in consideration:
The application is available in the App Store (iPhone) and in Google Play (Android).
In that email, you will receive a temporary registration code that you must enter in the “password” field on the app’s login screen, along with your email address, and then download your ticket for the final. If you have previously used the RFEF app, you will be able to download your ticket directly.
Once you have the app downloaded on your phone, make sure to have notifications on. On the day of the game, you will receive informative alerts which will be useful once it's time to access the stadium.
Tickets are individually assigned, non-transferable, and exclusively digital. The system does not allow them to be forwarded to any third party, so wristbands will be used for this match. However, it is essential that you carry your ID at all times, as identity checks will be carried out at the entrances. On Saturday the 18th, in the hours leading up to kick-off, you will receive a notification from the RFEF informing you that you can activate your ticket in the app. Remember to bring your phone with sufficient battery to access Estadio de La Cartuja.

It is not recommended to bring food into the Fan Zone, there will be ample food and drink services, with various options to choose from.
Can you pay with cash in the Fan Zone?
For quick and easy payments there will be a cashless system. Coming with cash? Don’t worry: you can easily redeem it at our enabled kiosks, where it will be converted into cashless credit.
Can you bring a portable charger to the stadium?
Yes.
Is there parking near the stadium?
A parking area has been reserved near the north zone of the stadium for Atlético de Madrid fans, but it is essential to book your space in advance. From today at 12:00, you will be able to purchase your parking spot for €7.50. Please note that the sale of these parking passes and the management of the parking area are not handled by Atlético de Madrid, but by the company operating Estadio de La Cartuja. The parking will be open from 08:00 on match day until one hour after the match ends. We recommend not leaving any valuable items inside your vehicle.

Stadium gates open
The stadium gates will open at 6pm. We recommend arriving early, as there will be two security checks. The first will take place at the outer perimeter, where there will be an incident ticket office exclusively for Atlético de Madrid fans located in front of access V1. The second security check will be located before the stadium turnstiles. There will also be another incident ticket office next to Gate 14 (North End / Gol Norte).
Please note that there is no storage or luggage service available at the stadium, and bulky items such as suitcases, large backpacks, and strollers are not allowed. This also applies to any items prohibited in stadiums across Spain.
